I worked with Robert whilst I lived with a friend in Greenwich. Robert is adaptable that’s for sure. Not only did he integrate me straight into my friend’s workouts, but he was able to cater to different fitness and strength levels. I loved my training and the new routines, and felt that Robert had my interests and goals at heart.
