100% GUARANTEED RESULTS….
The 12 Week Intensive Training Program, is unlike anything you have ever done before. It is a one to one training program built around
you and your goals. This training and nutrition program ensures that at the end of 12 weeks you are guaranteed to have the results you have always wanted…
It has taken a year to design this program, and to date I have achieved a 100% success rate with every client who has completed the 12 weeks of training. The video below is a sample of the type of results that have been achieved by normal everyday people who are serious about their health and fitness.

How Does it Work?
The first session will be an in depth consultation, where we will discuss your fitness goals, nutritional requirements and carry out a fitness test to determine your current level of fitness. Based on these discussions you will be provided with a written agreement stating what is achievable in the 12 week time frame, and the level of training that will be provided to reach those goals.
The program consists of 40 personal training sessions to be carried out over a 12 week period. This will typically be three sessions per week with an additional session at the end of each month. The training is progressive and the level of difficulty will increase each week. Therefore you need to ensure that you have scheduled enough time to complete a minimum of three sessions a week for the full 12 weeks.
In order to support your body transformation, I also recommend the use of an online nutrition and training tracker such as
www.myfitnesspal.com and www.mapmyrun.com . There are a number of similar programs on the market, but these two are currently both free and can be loaded as smart phone apps to help you monitor and control your progress. Don’t worry if you are a technophobe or already using a tracker program, we can find a solution that suits you best.
What Type of Training Will I do?
This will depend totally upon you as an individual and what your goals are. The program is designed to be results focused and is based on the information discussed in your initial session. Typically the program will include cardio, strength and dynamic movements to produce a high level of total body fitness.
Some clients love the boxing and circuit based training, others are more suited to resistance and explosive movements, yet others will prefer coordination and music based movements. Whatever your preference or current level of skill, there will be a challenging session on hand for you.
Where do I Train?
I bring along all of the required equipment for each session. Some people train in their homes (surprisingly I don’t need a lot of space). Some train in their garden and others train at the local park. I am also able to train with you at your local gym but this will depend upon the rules of that particular establishment. So where you train will be down to your individual circumstances.
How Long Are The Sessions and How Many Sessions do I Complete Each Week?
The first session will also include the consultation and fitness test, therefore this will last for up to two hours. Normal sessions during the month will be for 1 hour each. The session at the end of each four week training period will be for two hours and will include additional progress monitoring.
You will be required to train three times per week and follow the course as it gradually increases in difficulty each week. The training is structured in such a way that you will get maximal benefit if you aim to do all the sessions in the order, which they were designed. If you miss one session during the week, then you should aim to fit that one in as soon as practical.
How Much Does it Cost?
The cost can be split in two ways
(Postcodes SE, DA and BR)
1 - Pay for all 40 sessions up front = £1,500 (£37.50 per session)
2 - Pay three monthly instalments of = £550 (£41.25 per session) Remember your results will be guaranteed at the outset….
