I have been training with Robert for two months now. Each session is challenging and no two sessions are the same. I am now fitter and have more energy. In-between my twice weekly sessions I continue exercising as he has given me the tools and understanding I need.
Having a personal trainer like Robert has given me the motivation to stick to an exercise regime. Robert is always patient, professional and friendly. He pushes me to my limits and sometimes beyond.
Best of all I get a good stretch to help relieve my tired muscles on the cool down.
