I work in a very busy environment and recognise that to be my best in the office, I have to be at my phsical best. The training sessions have helped me to improve my fitness no end. Thanks to Robert from Your London Personal Trainer I have even completed the London Marathon. Something I would never have dreamed of a few years ago.
