I started training with Robert 10 weeks ago after realising that I needed to become healthier. It has been the best decision I have ever made, since the training has improved my overall fitness and stamina. Each training session has been enjoyable, interesting and has gradually improved my co-ordination as well as confidence.

I've been to Gyms before but end up spending an hour of doing nothing or Very little. What I like most about Rob's sessions are that you always leave feeling good about yourself and that you have achieved something.
