After a couple of false PT starts here in London, I managed to find Robert in April 2015 and since then he has taken me to another level of fitness. I like the fact that he's paying complete attention to you during the session and also with the "surprises" that are thrown at you during the session which constantly challenges the body.
I have noticed in the last 7 months working with him, a difference in my core, upper and lower body strength and not to mention body shape :)
